Lefteris
Tsoukalis, Director of Corfu Estate Agents,
has been renovating old properties for many year and has
now undertaken several projects on Corfu. Lefteris has

he spent in Australia and he manages the renovation project

House
at Rachtades, this house was recently featured in the
Channel Five relocation show 'Property Dreams' and was one of
the Renovation Projects undertaken by Lefteris. Jane
Horner bought the house after
looking at quite a few other potential properties in a variety

The
Old Olive Press was bought by Douglas and Lyn Westley
after a long search of the Island for a suitable holiday home.
It was totally derelict when they bought it but has now been
completely renovated and restored to make a beautiful holiday
home. The project was one of the first Renovation Projects managed
by Lefteris, a very different style of renovation to the house
at Rachtades but still retaining the Corfiot style and of the
